Our beef is prime Aberdeen Angus or Hereford, reared on the farm to British
Farm Assured Standard. It is fed on non-GM food and is antibiotic free.
 The Staffordshire lamb is all family reared and grazed on local parkland.
Our pigs are rare breeds comprising of Gloucester Old Spot and Berkshire. We
cure all our own bacon and gammon, and make all our own traditional sausages
and burgers.
Our hen and duck eggs are all free range. We also have free range Geese,
Ducks, traditional Turkeys and Chickens for Christmas.
We also now have a range of cooked meats, home made meat pies, sausage
rolls, pork pies, faggots, fruit pies and crumbles.
We take telephone orders and orders for the freezer, accepting most major
credit cards.
You can also visit Whitegate Farm Shop at our stalls at Cannock and Penkridge Farmers Markets on the third Friday and Saturday of each month.
