About our meat...
Our beef comes from Aberdeen Angus and Hereford cattle reared and butchered here on our farm. We hang it for a minimum of 21 days to ensure tenderness and the best flavour.
Our pork is from our own rare breed pigs including Gloucester Old Spot, Saddleback and Berkshire pigs.
