Dear Jacqui,
This is a sincere thank you from all five of us (plus my black lab, Sam!) for organising the 3 bird game roast, despite all the pressure you must have been under, I do hope that we weren't too much of a nuisance!
I also hope you had a Happy Christmas and with you all the very best for 2009, we were most impressed and the roast served in excess of 3 meals! One of our friends who came round on Boxing Day hated his own wild goose that he shot himself and it took him the whole meal to work out that he was eating goose again!!!!

I just wanted to say how delicious the goose was. Lots and lots of fat , but I expected that! and of course used some for the roast potatoes. I used the Gordon Ramsay recipe with Chinese 5 spice and honey, definitely to be recommended.
