Whitegate Farm Lamb
Lamb: We constantly strive to provide the best quality butchers lamb money can buy. The lamb is all home reared by Mark and Derek Swift on grassland at Whitegate farm and lambs are then sold in the shop, after they are hung for a week to further improve flavour and tenderness to create the perfect product.
