This Braising steak, or chuck steak, is from our home reared Aberdeen Angus or Hereford Beef Cattle. The meat is hung to mature for 3 to 4 weeks to ensure it is tender and full of flavour.

Braising steak is ideal for the slow cooking with shallots or braised in the oven. Just imagine putting it in the slow cooker in the morning and coming home on a cold winter's night to a warm aroma in the house and dinner all ready.
