This special offer is on our Home Reared Lambs, which have grazed in the fields here at Whitegate Farm and also at Shugborough Park.
In Half a Lamb you will get the following:
A Whole Leg (this can be left whole or cut into smaller joints)
A Shoulder of Lamb (this can be left on the bone or be boned and rolled for easy carving)
A Breast of Lamb (which can be left whole or cut into strips)
Approx 12 Chops
1/2 Neck cut in rings
1/2 Lambs Liver
