The Beef will be from our Home Reared Aberdeen Angus or Hereford Beef Breeds. The meat is well matured and hung for a minimum of 21 days, this adds to the tenderness and flavour of the meat. The meat is individually packed and labelled ready for you to drop in the freezer.
The box contains:
2 Rump Steaks (approx 10oz/280g each)
2 Sirloin Steaks (approx 8oz/227g each)
3 packs of Best Mince Beef (approx 500g each)
Braising Steak (approx 1kg)
Shin Beef - Diced(approx 1kg)
6 Quarter pound Beefburgers
1 pack Stir Fry Beef strips (approx 750g)
1 Brisket joint (approx 1kg)
1 Silverside Joint (approx 1.5kg)

All weights are as a guideline, we will endeavour to cut joints to size accurately, however the minimum overall weight will be 8.4kg
