This box is ideal for all those who love Pork. The Pork will be our own Home Reared Rare Breed Pork, which includes Gloucester Old Spot, Saddlebacks and Berkshire Breeds, these breeds carry a little more fat which gives excellent crackling and adds to the flavour of the meat.
This box contains:

4 Pork Chops (approx 230g each)
4 Pork Steaks (approx 200g each)
1 pack Stir fry pork strips ( approx 750g)
2 packs Diced Pork (approx 500g each)
2 packs Home Cured Bacon (approx 500g each)

1 Rolled Shoulder of Pork joint (approx 1kg)
